Permanent makeup artist in Columbia, Maryland. Helping women who have sparse or uneven brows achieve beautiful, fuller brows through microblading.

Powder Brows

This technique is perfect for any skin type & replaces the look of your powder or pencil makeup. This is my favorite and most popular technique!

COmbinaTion Brows

Best for normal to dry skin types. This method is a combination of microblading & shading used to achieve a fuller, defined look. Strokes can be done throughout the entire brow with shading in sparse areas, or strokes can be created in just the front of the brow followed by shading.

Manual Microblading

Best for clients with normal to dry skin, as oily skin with large pores can heal thick, blurry, faded, or blended-together. This technique mimics the look of fuller brows with fine, realistic hair-like strokes.

Faux Freckles

Get natural looking freckles and a radiant, sun-kissed look! Freckles last about 6-months and go best on those who already have natural freckles. I don’t recommend it if you don’t have freckles already!

Lash Extensions

Cosmetic application used to enhance the length, curl, fullness, and thickness of natural eyelashes. Depending on the style, it takes about 2 hours to complete.

  • No chemical peels 6 weeks before or after

  • No Retinols/Retin-A or other anti-aging/acne creams, or serums containing acids as this will cause quicker fading. If you take Vitamin A everyday then you have to be off of it for 6 weeks before you can get the procedure and stay off until 6 weeks after touch up. Accutane must be off 6 months-year

  • Discontinue use of AHA (chemical exfoliation) skin care products close to the area to be tattooed at least one week prior to your procedure

  • No laser or electrolysis on or around the treatment area one week prior to procedure

  • Do not have any chemical peels, dermabrasions, mesotherapy, or any other intense treatments which will cause faster skin call rejuvenating and cause skin irritation 3-4 weeks before procedure

  • Do not take any blood thinners 48 hours before

  • No alcohol or caffeinated drinks 24 hours before

  • Smoking before procedure can cause excess bleeding, and may lead to slow healing of wounds

3. What does the healing process look like?

  • Day 1: Brows will look finely detailed and crisp. Color may appear too light or too dark, but should develop into a more fitting color when healed.

  • Days 2-3: Brows will appear bold and dense, as scabs begin to form. The scabs should look like a raised and darker version of each hair stroke, or a thicker scab for powder/combo brows.

  • Days 4-5: Scabs will begin to flake off. DO NOT PICK. This may create patchiness or scarring.

  • Days 5-7: Skin under scabs will appear lighter in color. Pigment may even seem to have disappeared, but be patient. The color should return day by day. This is normal!

  • Days 7-10: Your body will develop a new layer of skin over the tattoo.

  • Days 10-45: If your brow color doesn’t return as bold as you hoped, don’t worry. This is the purpose of a touch up session. Patchiness and imperfections will be corrected then.

4. What can I expect during my first microblading session?

  • First, we have a consult where we discuss the shape, size, and color of the brow, as well as the aftercare instructions and healing process.

  • Then, I do brow mapping and draw out the brows. I make sure you LOVE THEM before moving forward. Don’t be shy about changes!

  • Then, I outline the shape with my machine. You will not be numbed yet as this is a very LIGHT outline.

  • After I have the outline, I numb you. And then we go into the shading! I use two local anesthetic to ensure you feel as little pain as possible.

  • At the end, we go over the aftercare instructions again and I give you an aftercare kit!

5. How long does it last?

  • After the touch-up (6-12 weeks after the first session) it will last between 12-24 months, depending on your skin-type, sun exposure, facial products, etc.

6. Will it hurt?

  • You will be numbed in the area throughout the procedure. It may sting a little, but overall, the pain level for most clients is about a 2 on a scale of 1-10.

7. What forms of payment do you take?

  • Cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle. No credit or debit cards yet.
